Not actually liking like the target of the cosplay never stopped anyone before. Looking like them does help though. Wigs and such can be a pain. Speaking of Pain, you could always go as The Pain from Metal Gear Solid 3. All you would need is Hornet Stripe Camouflage, and a balaclava.

If you can get a ride, an L costume is ridiculously simple. I would even let you borrow the wig/handcuffs/Death Note if you get a white shirt and jeans.
